Meditations
These meditations were inspired by the Consciousness and Energy of The New Human.
They are included in the weekly radio shows that began in early 2009. Each week, the higher realms
work with the over all ascension energies of this Evolutionary Process, as well as the world events,
the political, socio-economic and environmental climate, et-cetera, within ongoing portals of this
shift. Each meditation within each show is designed to work with the growing numbers of those around
the globe awakening to the new consciousness, new mind and new heart of this ancient teaching. As
they stand on their own with equal measure, the Guidance was strong to make them available for separate
download as well. I will suggest to you that many are finding to work with one meditation for a length
of time, perhaps a week per meditation initially, allows for new layers and energetics to come to light.
As with the show, the book and the many nuances of this template, all components of The New Human
Consciousness and Energy, are based on sound and light codes and will respond to your personal energy
matrix ongoing, as you expand. I have included the date of the show the meditation was received within,
for those of you who would like to go back and visit the entire energetic of that day. Meditations will
